CUSTOMER SERVICE

Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have. Due to the custom nature of our items, we urge you to ask about the details of your item before you place an order. We want you to have a pleasant shopping experience with us that will keep you coming back.

PAYMENT

We accept payments thru Paypal. It is a safe way to shop online. Credit cards and bank accounts are accepted. Your credit card and account numbers are not visible to merchants.

RETURN POLICY

Because all of our items are custom made for you at the time of purchase, we cannot accept returns. Please double check all sizing and measurements and email us with any questions before placing your order.

If your item arrives to you damaged, please save all packaging materials and report it to the shipping service provider.

If there is a mistake on our part with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the problem. Please do not return any items without contacting us first.

PRIVACY POLICY

We do not share your information with any other party. All payment information entered through this website is done so through a secure server with SSL encryption.

SHIPPING

Please allow the times stated for your custom order to be completed and shipped to you. Completion time varies between 1 to 4 weeks. At times, you may receive your item sooner than the time stated.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering to be sure we can accommodate your request. A rush fee may be charged. We will send an email of the rush fees and/or express shipping charges for your prior approval.

Shipping charges are based on the dollar amount of your purchase. Your order will be shipped via USPS, Fed Ex or UPS at our discretion. Each item ordered will be shipped from the designer’s location, so if you order more than one item you may receive more than one package.

If you are ordering just a Gift Certificate it will be printed and mailed to you with no shipping charge.
