What better way to say "Happy Valentine's Day" than with roses?

I just love these frayed roses, and polka dots are my all time favorite.

The white tank is embellished with a large heart made up of the frayed roses.

A small heart finished with hand stitching and a single rhinestone at the point adorns the back pocket of the capris and is topped off with a single rose. The upside down ruffles add a touch of whimsy.

The final touch is this wide sash with a sparkling rhinestone buckle.
